4.1. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4.2. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and RMA number.

5.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
